What to expect from therapy

Liz’s approach to counselling is warm, curious, and client-centered. Liz enjoys combining humour, reality and compassion. She seeks to highlight clients’ strengths and uses creativity when problem-solving. Along with empirically supported therapy modalities (Research that shows this stuff works!) such as solution-focused, acceptance and commitment therapy, and somatic therapy to integrate mind and body, Liz enjoys collaborating with her clients to reach their goals.
